The founder
Gabriela Thierer founded TCGC Group in 2002, shortly after immigrating to the United States from Argentina. She had been working in the printing industry since age 12, her family has been in print for three generations.
At TCGC, she brought that heritage into the American healthcare fulfillment ecosystem and built the operation around a specific belief: that at the enterprise buying level, family ownership and executive-led partnership are competitive advantages, not throwback traits.
Family print since 1989, and that thesis holds. TCGC is on the vendor bench of leading healthcare BPOs and member-services operations across the country, and Gabriela still takes every inquiry personally.
