Medicare ANOC and EOC printing
We print Annual Notice of Change and Evidence of Coverage documents from your approved, print-ready files and mail them on your schedule. Your team owns the content and its CMS review. We own production and the drop.
Medicare and AEP member mailings
Medicare Advantage plans and the healthcare BPOs that serve them run their heaviest print and fulfillment calendar around AEP, October 15 to December 7. TCGC prints ANOC, EOC and plan booklets, builds AEP sales kits, produces spec envelopes and welcome letters with member ID cards, and builds welcome kits as a spec-matched second seat beside your primary vendor. We adapt to what each client needs and make it happen. Your spec, your formats, your timeline.

Why TCGC: when the AEP calendar tightens, you need a seat that already holds your spec, not a vendor you met that week.
Medicare AEP member mailing fulfillment is the printing, assembly and mailing of the ANOCs, EOCs, plan booklets, AEP sales kits, envelopes, welcome letters with member ID cards and kits a Medicare Advantage plan sends around AEP, October 15 to December 7. TCGC does this work as a spec-matched second seat beside your primary vendor, under HIPAA-compliant processes.
Moving a primary vendor in the middle of AEP is a risk most plans should not take, and we do not ask you to. Keep your primary. Sit us on the spec. We adapt to each program: we match your existing envelope, letter, carrier and kit spec, run your formats, and work to your drop calendar. Give us a planned share of the drop, or keep us on the bench for rush, overflow and backup alongside your primary vendor. When the primary misses a date or hits a capacity ceiling, the work moves to a seat that is already set up.

Plan booklets for current and new members, printed and finished to your spec and mailed with the rest of the member package or shipped in bulk.
AEP Sales Kits help Medicare Advantage plans and their BPO partners enroll new members during AEP. We build each kit to your spec and fulfill fast. 1,100 AEP sales kits just delivered for a healthcare BPO partner's enrollment season, with a 48-hour turnaround.

New-member welcome letters with member ID cards, printed on perforated stock or in other formats per client spec, matched to your letter and envelope spec.
Kitting and inserting to your spec: welcome letter with member ID card, plan materials, inserts, carrier and outer envelope. Shipped in bulk or direct to members.
Member letters and EOBs produced and mailed under HIPAA-compliant processes. Member and patient letters
Any of the above, on your spec, when the primary is full or a drop is at risk. Overflow and backup
Medicare Advantage kit fulfillment is assembling and shipping member kits to the plan's spec: a welcome letter with the member ID card, plan booklets and inserts, a carrier and an outer envelope, shipped in bulk or direct to members. TCGC builds kits from idea to fulfillment. 57,000 kits from idea to fulfillment in 3 weeks.
That program ran in four segmented lots, with multiple items per kit and a personalized letter, for a partner delivering to a health plan's members. We plan the kit with your team, match every component to spec and run the lots on your calendar. Read the case study · Full-service fulfillment
The key Medicare Advantage mail dates: ANOC to current members by September 30; EOC, formularies and provider directories by October 15; AEP from October 15 to December 7; coverage starting January 1. New-member ID cards are due within 10 calendar days of CMS enrollment confirmation or by the last day of the month before the effective date, whichever is later (42 CFR 422.2267).
The ANOC must reach current members. Envelope stock for the season should already be on the floor, and your second seat should already hold your spec.
The EOC, formularies and provider directories go to current members, in hard copy or as a notice of online access (42 CFR 422.2267). AEP opens the same day.
AEP. Enrollment mail and member communications peak, and every vendor on your bench runs at full load. This is when a missed date costs the most.
Coverage chosen during AEP starts January 1, so new-member welcome letters, member ID cards and welcome kits run on hard dates.
Spec-matched before October. Pre-positioned stock if you opt in, with 1-2 hour ship windows for programs with pre-positioned inventory (pre-cleared clients, regional delivery range applies). Overflow, backup and rush when the primary is full.
We sign a BAA before any PHI file moves. Envelope-only and other work without PHI needs no BAA, so it can start sooner. Files move by encrypted transfer after the BAA is signed.
