What we print and mail

Recurring patient and member letters. Not a marketing campaign. Not a 200,000-piece AEP kit unless that is a separate job.

  • 1-page letters
  • 2-page jobs (cover + letter)
  • Welcome, care-management, appeals, denial, and eligibility notices
  • Specialty-pharmacy and clinic letters (small lots welcome)
  • Color logo on an otherwise black-and-white letter
  • Unprinted double-window envelopes - your address block shows through
  • First-Class postage when the piece carries PHI

How a first job works

  • Discovery call. No files on that call.
  • We execute a BAA before any protected file moves. Envelope-only stock can quote on a PO.
  • You send a print-ready PDF. We match the envelope and the window.
  • Sample lot if you want one. Then the live drop.

Standard turn is two to three business days from approved file to mail. Rush when the date is locked and the spec is clear. Say so on the call. Do not email a member file to "make it rush." BAA first, then we tell you the first possible drop.

Rush

Rush is next-possible-drop, not a slogan. It depends on piece count, whether the envelope is already on the floor, and whether the BAA is signed. Same-day is for spec-matched work already in the plant - the Kansas City overnight job is the example, not the default quote. Standard is 2-3 business days from an approved print-ready PDF. Rush is when that window is already gone - a locked mail date, a missed incumbent, a letter that has to hit First-Class this week.

What we need from you

  • Print-ready PDF
  • Quantity and drop date (soft dates are fine)
  • 1-page or 2-page
  • B&W or color logo
  • Who the letter is from, so the window lines up

Do not email a member file before the BAA is signed.

Who this page is for

  • Patient-services teams at specialty pharmacies
  • Clinic and medical-group operations
  • Member-communications teams that need a letter stream without standing up a plant
  • A plan or BPO that already buys envelopes from us and now wants the letter inside them

What this page is not

  • Not a digital-only vendor. The letter goes in the mail.
  • Not a 14-week HITRUST RFP. If that is the process, say so on the call.
  • Not promo products.
