Healthcare fulfillment

The operational supply backbone for healthcare fulfillment teams.

When your envelope supply, compliance mail, or overflow capacity has to work, every time, at scale, on deadline. That's what we do.

The five ways a print vendor fails during AEP.

Every healthcare fulfillment leader we work with has seen at least one of these. Most have seen more. The pattern is consistent enough that it's worth naming.

Failure 1

Missed delivery

A single mail-drop date slips. Downstream, member communications go out late or not at all. Regulatory implications for compliance mail. Trust cost with the internal team who committed to the calendar.

Failure 2

Quality failure

Off-spec envelopes, wrong stock, missing security features. Often surfaces only after mail is already in the drop. Every returned or non-compliant envelope is a cost and a compliance risk.

Failure 3

Capacity ceiling

Vendor can produce 2M envelopes when you need 5M. Peak-season commitment on paper doesn't match actual capacity. You find out in October.

Failure 4

Peak-season velocity

Vendor has enough annual capacity but can't sustain the throughput week after week during AEP. Everything slows. Deadlines slip in the second half of peak.

Failure 5

Rigid vendor

Can only run standard spec, standard timing, standard volume. When your ask deviates, they can't.

Three integrated ways we serve fulfillment teams.

Tier 1: Operational Supply

  • Envelopes: #10 security, window, custom-spec. Produced at enterprise scale, tens of millions yearly.
  • Copy paper for peak-season member-communication runs, especially during open enrollment.
  • Perforated stock: for statement production and variable data print.
  • Packing slips: HIPAA-compliant, variable data, integrated with your kitting workflow.

Tier 2: Full-Service Fulfillment

  • HIPAA-compliant member mailings: welcome kits, plan documents, appeals, notices.
  • ID-card carriers: variable data, secure production, integrated with member enrollment data.
  • EOBs and patient communications: BAA-ready, chain-of-custody documented, audit-trail available.
  • Kitting services: multi-item kits assembled and shipped in bulk or drop-shipped to members.

Overflow Capacity

  • Overflow capacity across both tiers when your internal print shop hits peak.
  • Coverage when your current vendor faces one of the four failure modes above.
  • Pre-cleared specs and compliance in place for faster rush production.
  • Pre-positioned inventory for near-immediate fulfillment when peak hits.

HIPAA-compliant operations with BAA execution at the entity level (not verbal claim), chain-of-custody documented across every touchpoint, physical security across a locked production floor, encrypted data transmission with defined retention, and annual HIPAA certification for every staff member who touches PHI.

FAQ for healthcare buyers

How fast can you onboard a backup vendor before AEP?+

Proper pre-clearance takes 2-3 weeks, spec confirmation, BAA execution, sample runs, first order. Rescue-mode onboarding (compressed timeline) can happen faster but sacrifices some of the clean setup. Both are on the table depending on your window.

What does "pre-positioned inventory" actually mean?+

For pre-cleared clients who opt into our warehouse storage service, spec envelopes live on our warehouse shelves, labeled, tracked, ready. When an order comes in during peak, it's not a production run; it's a shipping event. That's how 1-2 hour ship windows are possible (regional delivery range applies).

Are you HIPAA-compliant?+

Yes. HIPAA-compliant operations, BAA-ready at the entity level, chain-of-custody documented, physical and data security across the operation, annual staff certification. Full compliance walk-through available when you book a discovery call.

What kinds of healthcare organizations do you work with?+

Leading healthcare BPOs, member-services organizations, direct-to-patient supply operators, physician services companies, and correctional healthcare providers. Our work supports member communications for major national and regional health plans through these BPO partners.

What geographic range do you serve?+

Envelope supply and full-service fulfillment ships nationwide. The 1-2 hour peak-season ship windows apply to pre-cleared clients with pre-positioned inventory within a regional delivery range from our Davie, FL operation.

What happens after I contact your team?+

A 30-minute working conversation with CEO Gabriela Thierer. No pitch deck. We ask about your fulfillment operation, current vendor bench, peak-season readiness. If there's fit, we scope pre-clearance. If not, you leave with useful diagnostic input. Either way, no pressure.

Ready for a 30-minute working conversation about your vendor bench?
