OVERFLOW, BACKUP & RUSH · WHEN THE PRIMARY VENDOR CANNOT MAKE THE DROP

A second plant, already spec-matched, before you need it.

Overflow when your shop or your vendor hits a wall. Backup when the drop date cannot move. Rush when the window is already tight. We match the envelope, the kit, and the letter spec while things are calm - so the first emergency is not the first conversation. Produced in Fort Lauderdale. Ships nationwide.

The three proof points

150,000 envelopes overnight. Kansas City by Tuesday morning.

A healthcare fulfillment team's vendor was going to miss a mail-drop. We produced 150,000 spec envelopes overnight and drove them with our own driver, on site ahead of the window.

57,000 pieces. Three days. The other vendor could not.

A kit and letter stream the incumbent could not turn. We ran it in three days against a locked drop date.

When a plant or a network winds down, the drop date does not move.

Primary vendors fail in four ways: they miss the window, they lose a shift, they lose a site, or they stop taking the work. Overflow only works if the spec is already on file.

How a switch works

  • Call. We learn the piece: envelope, letter, kit, window, stock, postage class.
  • Spec match. We produce a physical match against what you mail today. No PHI on this step unless a BAA is already signed.
  • Small live lot. Enough to prove insert, window, and USPS accept. Not a 200,000-piece bet.
  • Pre-position. Stock and a run-of-book live at our plant so a rush is hours, not a new onboarding.
  • You keep your primary vendor. We sit on the bench until they miss - or until you give us the next drop on purpose.

Call 954.838.9318 for a rush. Book Calendly if the drop is next week, not tonight.

Rush

Rush is available on letters, envelopes, and kits when the spec is on file or can be matched the same day from a physical sample. Overnight production and dedicated ground - the 150,000-envelope Kansas City run - is the proof. We will not quote same-day nationwide if we have never seen the piece.

What overflow covers

  • Spec envelopes and window stock
  • Member and patient letters
  • Welcome kits and ID-card carriers
  • AEP / open-enrollment surge
  • A vendor-miss recovery when the date is fixed, including rush production

What we will not do

  • We will not take a PHI file before a BAA.
  • We will not promise a same-day national kit if the spec is not on file. Rush is real when the piece is already matched.
  • We will not present Fort Lauderdale as a geo-fence. It is the plant. The work ships nationwide.

Put a backup on the bench before peak.

30 minutes with CEO Gabriela Thierer. Bring the spec, not the member file.
