Case study

150,000 envelopes overnight. Kansas City by Tuesday morning.

A rush production save in 96 hours.

The situation:

A healthcare fulfillment team's vendor gave notice they were going to miss a 150,000-envelope critical mail-drop scheduled for Tuesday morning in Kansas City. The fulfillment team called TCGC on Thursday afternoon.

What we did:

  • Overnight rush production: 150,000 #10 security left-window envelopes to spec.
  • Assigned one of our dedicated drivers, Florida to Kansas City.
  • On-site Tuesday morning, ahead of the client's mail-drop window.

Why it worked:

The fulfillment team had pre-cleared us months earlier. BAA on file, spec confirmed, sample runs completed. When the vendor issue surfaced, there was no onboarding runway. Just production and delivery.

What it looks like from the outside:

An operational save that no one talked about. The mail hit the drop on time. Members received their communications on schedule. The story doesn't make the news because the operation ran clean. That's the goal.
