Every healthcare fulfillment leader we work with has seen at least one of these. Most have seen more.
1. Missed delivery
A single mail-drop date slips. Downstream, member communications go out late or not at all. Regulatory implications for compliance mail.
2. Quality failure
Off-spec envelopes, wrong stock, missing security features, often surfacing only after mail is already in the drop.
3. Capacity ceiling
Peak-season commitment on paper doesn't match actual capacity. You find out in October.
4. Peak-season velocity
Enough annual capacity, but the throughput can't be sustained week after week. Deadlines slip in the second half of peak.
